Our Guarantee

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us first at driftlineoutdoorsco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return — please reach out before sending anything back.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using the instructions we provide.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method and send you an email confirmation.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
